Job Description: Seeking an experienced individual to manage our 7x24x365 Network/Service Operations Center. This position is responsible for managing a team providing Tier I and Tier II support for the full spectrum of products and services DomainZoo offers. 

Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years management experience, Minimum of 3 years experience managing a 7x24x365 Network Operations Center, 4-year Bachelors Degree with a technical emphasis, In depth technical knowledge and understanding of current web facing technologies. Specifically, e-mail (SMTP, POP3, IMAP), web servers (IIS, Apache), and DNS, Experienced at network and system troubleshooting, monitoring tools, alarm conditions, and
escalation processes and procedures, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization, Must enjoy working in a high pressure, fast paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities, Strong leadership skills, Process-oriented with high attention to detail.
