Job Description: As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for technical support to both existing and potential DomainZoo clients.

Qualifications: College degree preferred, Minimum of 1 year consultative sales or customer service experience, Computer skills, Experience with Web Based Applications & Windows (preferred), Efficient organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Complex problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Important: Candidates must pass a drug screening and criminal background check prior to first day of assignment.
